    During a personal intake at your home, we will look (together) at what needs to be done to rent out your home at the best price. We bundle our proposal for the rental price, rental period, home presentation, course of the viewings and the rental process all together in a personal rental plan.

  • 2. Information session

    Want to work with us? We will tell you all about your rights and obligations as a landlord. After all, the Dutch rental laws are strict and small mistakes can have big consequences for you. By keeping you well-informed, we can help prevent unpleasant surprises. We also collect important documents, such as the mandatory energy label and possibly a user statement for the Homeowners Association (VvE).

  • 3. To the housing market

    Time to put your home on the market. After the last fixes and styling, your house is ready for rental. In an energetic advertisement and brochure with professional photos and floorplans, we will present your house to the general public online and to our own large network full of expats.   • 4. Viewings
