    We check every letter in the purchase agreement and add clauses if necessary. We will also walk you through it before you sign it at the notary.   • 7. Transfer of ownership

    Together we will conduct the final inspection and make note of the meter readings. You’ll then hand over the key to the new owner and sign the deed of transfer at the notary.
